Shake Shack (SHAK) just unveiled an update.
Jonathan Sokoloff will resign from Shake Shack Inc.’s Board and Compensation Committee just before the 2024 Annual Meeting after over nine years of service. Coupled with the earlier announced resignations of Jenna Lyons and Robert Vivian, the Shake Shack Board is set to shrink from thirteen to ten members. This reshuffling, not driven by any internal conflict, will leave the Board with an altered composition of four Class I, three Class II, and three Class III directors.
