Serica Energy (GB:SQZ) has released an update.
Serica Energy plc has reported the purchase of 223,669 of its own ordinary shares at prices ranging from 181.90 to 187.50 pence per share as part of its previously announced share buyback program. These shares will be held in treasury, and after the transaction, the total number of ordinary shares carrying voting rights stands at 392,856,112. The company has also transferred nearly 4.9 million shares out of treasury to satisfy employee share incentive schemes.
