Seneca Growth Capital VCT Plc has issued 668,920 new B ordinary shares to raise funds as part of an offer launched in August 2023, with the shares priced between 60.8p and 63.7p each. This latest issuance brings the company’s total voting rights to 31,671,611, and the B Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange around May 10, 2024. The capital raised will be used in accordance with the company’s growth strategies as laid out in the initial prospectus.
