Santana Minerals Ltd. has announced a share purchase plan (SPP) exclusively for eligible Australian and New Zealand shareholders, offering them the opportunity to buy shares at a discounted price of A$1.15 each without brokerage fees. The SPP, in line with regulatory guidelines, allows shareholders to invest between A$2,300 and A$29,900, which is capped at a A$30,000 maximum in a 12-month period. The offer, which is non-renounceable and cannot be transferred, is part of a strategy to align with recent private placements and will be open from 3 May to 17 June 2024.
