Canadian Gold Reserves ETR ( (TSE:MNT) ) just unveiled an announcement.
The Royal Canadian Mint announced the pricing of its follow-on offering of exchange-traded receipts (ETRs) under its Canadian Gold Reserves program at C$53.18 per ETR, with gross proceeds expected to be C$44,309,576. The offering, co-led by TD Securities Inc. and National Bank Financial Inc., will allow ETR holders to own physical gold bullion, with the proceeds used to purchase more bullion. The offering is subject to approval by the Toronto Stock Exchange and is made on a prospectus-exempt basis.
