Additionally, the company has issued 1.3 million stock options to its Officers, Directors, and Advisors, exercisable at $0.05 per share and vesting immediately. Rogue is a versatile mining company, not committed to any single commodity, and is advancing its silica/quartz business through projects in Ontario and Québec.
