Rogers Communications Inc. reported unanimous shareholder approval for all proposed items during its Annual and Special Meeting, including director elections, the appointment of KPMG LLP as auditors, and the adoption of the Directors’ Restricted Share Unit Plan. With over 98% of Class A Voting shares participating, the voting results demonstrated overwhelming support for the company’s leadership and governance policies. Rogers Communications is a major Canadian wireless, cable, and media company with shares listed on both the Toronto and New York Stock Exchanges.
