Rhonda O. Gass, at the age of 60, has been elected to the Board of Directors of W. P. Carey Inc., effective March 14, 2024. She will receive compensation as part of the standard non-employee director program, including an annual cash retainer and restricted stock. Her appointment comes without any undisclosed arrangements or reportable family transactions, and she will also serve on the Company’s Audit Committee. The announcement was made public via a press release on March 18, 2024.
