Revival Gold Inc. has successfully closed a brokered private placement, raising over $7 million in preparation for the acquisition of Ensign Minerals Inc. The funds were raised through the sale of subscription receipts, which will convert into common shares and warrants of Revival Gold following the completion of the acquisition. Shareholders of Ensign have approved the deal, and the finalization is anticipated in the coming weeks, pending regulatory approval.
