Morgan, a seasoned auto industry expert, as its new CEO and the reappointment of Steven Lee to its Board of Directors. Both Morgan and Lee bring extensive experience in auto financing and asset-backed financing, respectively. Additionally, the company has announced a $2 million financing initiative through the issuance of common shares to support growth and general corporate purposes.
