PowerBand Solutions has issued a bi-weekly update informing that it is working to rectify a delay in its annual financial filings and expects completion by June 15, 2024. The delay has resulted in a Management Cease Trade Order (MCTO), which limits trading by certain executives, but not by the public. The company confirms no other material changes or defaults and will continue to provide bi-weekly updates until the issue is resolved.
