Powerband Solutions (TSE:PBX) has released an update.
PowerBand Solutions Inc. has been granted a management cease trade order (MCTO) by the Ontario Securities Commission due to a delay in filing its financial statements and related documents for the year ended December 31, 2023. The MCTO prohibits company management from trading its securities but does not impact other shareholders. PowerBand is working towards completing and filing the required documents by June 15, 2024.
