PayPal Board Changes: Johnson Exits, Di Sibio Joins

The latest announcement is out from Paypal Holdings (PYPL).

Belinda Johnson has decided not to seek re-election to PayPal’s Board of Directors at the upcoming 2024 Annual Meeting, with no disagreements prompting her departure. PayPal plans to downsize its Board from 12 to 11 members accordingly. Additionally, Carmine Di Sibio, the Global Chair and CEO of EY who is set to retire in June 2024, is slated to join the PayPal Board starting July 1, 2024, succeeding Johnson’s vacated position.
