Passage Bio, Inc. enhanced its leadership team by appointing Thomas Kassberg, a seasoned executive with a rich background in biotech, as a Class I director and member of the Audit Committee. Kassberg, who has been with Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical since 2011 and holds an M.B.A. from Kellogg School of Management, will receive stock options as part of his compensation, which will vest over a three-year period.
