OrganiGram Holdings Inc. has announced a change in their auditor, with KPMG LLP stepping down due to its decision to stop auditing cannabis industry companies and PKF O’Connor Davies, LLP taking over. Despite KPMG LLP’s withdrawal, there have been no reportable events, and the transition has been approved by OrganiGram’s Board of Directors and Audit Committee. The company’s financial statements received unqualified reports, but there were adverse opinions on internal controls for the past two fiscal years.
