Open Lending Corporation has announced a delay in filing its Form 10-K (Yearly Report) for the financial period ending December 31, 2024. The delay is primarily due to the need for additional time to finalize accounting and review processes related to profit share revenue and contract assets. The company expects to submit the report to the SEC by April 1, 2025, within the 15-day extension period allowed. Open Lending anticipates significant changes in financial results but cannot yet provide a reasonable estimate. The notification was signed by Charles D. Jehl, the Chief Executive Officer and Interim Chief Financial Officer, who assured ongoing compliance efforts.
