Tyler Wall, the Chief Legal Officer of Nutanix, Inc. since 2017, has announced his retirement, with a transition agreement in place until June 30, 2024. During this period, he’ll maintain his salary, benefits, and equity vesting. Post-retirement, he’s set to receive a $1.35 million severance and a year of COBRA payments. Nutanix is actively seeking his successor.
