She has a lucrative compensation package including a $505,000 base salary, potential bonuses, equity awards, and additional benefits such as a relocation bonus and housing allowance. Concurrently, the outgoing CFO, Ravi Mallela, will depart amicably on the same date, with a severance package aligning with the company’s Severance Benefit Plan.
