Donald Brown is set to leave his role as Executive Vice President and Chief Innovation Officer at NiSource Inc. by May 1, 2024, with his expected final day being April 1. As part of his departure, Brown will receive a lump-sum payment equivalent to his yearly salary plus an additional amount to cover a year of health insurance, provided he agrees to a release of claims with the company. This exit package aligns with NiSource’s standard executive severance policy.
