NexPoint Diversified Real Estate Trust ( (NXDT) ) has issued an update.
On June 10, 2025, NexPoint Diversified Real Estate Trust held its Annual Meeting of Shareholders where several key decisions were made. The shareholders approved the Amended and Restated 2023 Long Term Incentive Plan aimed at attracting and retaining talent. Additionally, the conversion of the company from a Delaware statutory trust to a Maryland corporation was approved, along with the election of trustees, executive compensation, issuance of common shares to the company’s adviser, and the ratification of KPMG LLP as the independent accounting firm for 2025.
