Nexera Energy Inc. has successfully completed a non-brokered private placement, raising $775,000 through the issuance of 31 million units at $0.025 each. The proceeds will be invested into the company’s subsidiary, Production Resources Inc., to expand into cement services for oil and gas wells, which is expected to save costs and generate additional revenue.
