Natwest Group Plc (Lse) (GB:NWG) has released an update.
NatWest Group plc has announced the completion of a share buyback transaction on April 25, 2024, purchasing a substantial number of ordinary shares at prices ranging from 285.50 to 288.00 GBp. In line with the company’s share buyback program, these shares will be cancelled, which follows the instructions issued to UBS AG earlier in February. After these transactions, NatWest Group will hold a significant number of shares in treasury while the total number of shares in issue will be adjusted accordingly.
