Natwest Group Plc (Lse) (GB:NWG) has released an update.
NatWest Group plc has actively repurchased shares, with a total of 776,271 ordinary shares bought on 24 April 2024 through three major trading venues. The transactions, part of an ongoing buyback program, will result in the cancellation of the repurchased shares and a reduction in the number of Ordinary Shares in issue. Post-settlement, NatWest will hold over 149 million shares in treasury.
