MSCI Inc. has announced the appointment of C. Jack Read as its Global Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, effective August 8, 2024. Read, who brings extensive experience from his previous roles at Citizens Financial Group and Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, will receive a base salary of $500,000, with the potential for significant bonuses and a long-term incentive plan, as well as a one-time sign-on bonus and restricted stock units to compensate for lost incentives from his previous employer. His compensation package aligns with external market data and internal equity considerations.
