Motorpoint Group plc has executed a share buyback, purchasing 82,789 of its Ordinary Shares at prices ranging from 135.50 to 136.00 GBp per share, with the volume weighted average price being 135.9469 GBp. These shares will be cancelled, reducing the total number of shares in issue to 89,642,165 and consequently, the total voting rights. This move is part of a share buyback programme announced earlier this year and is in line with regulatory compliance.
