MOH Nippon Plc, previously known as Bowen Fintech Plc, reported a dramatic increase in its full-year results before acquisition, with revenues shooting up by 99% to approximately £58.7 million, and profits before tax soaring over fourfold to around £16.8 million. The company’s performance was bolstered by significant growth in its crowdfunding services and real estate development revenues. This robust financial performance has led to a strong cash position, with cash and cash equivalents rising significantly from the previous year.
