MMG Limited has completed a significant transaction involving the acquisition of Cuprous Capital Ltd., making it an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary and owner of Khoemacau Mine. The company has entered a Shareholders’ Agreement post-acquisition, which will result in MMG’s equity interest in the Joint Venture Company decreasing from 100% to 55%.
