Metro Mining Limited (AU:MMI) has released an update.
Metro Mining Limited has announced the issuance of over 33 million new shares to Lambhill Pty Ltd and Balanced Property Pty Ltd following the conversion of subscription warrants. The shares, valued at nearly A$397,000, were issued without disclosure under specific sections of the Corporations Act 2001, in accordance with an agreement from August 2023. This strategic move by the bauxite producer aims to enhance its financial flexibility and further its growth in the aluminium industry.
