Mesoblast Limited has announced a new securities issue, planning to offer 5,039,814 fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of AUD 0.30000 each, pending shareholder approval. The proposed issue date is set for 30th December 2024, and the shares will rank equally with existing shares upon issuance. This move aims to raise capital, with shares being issued at the entitlement offer price.
