Mesoblast Limited has announced the issue of 7,106,863 unquoted options with various expiry dates and exercise prices, as detailed in their April 16, 2024 notification. These options are part of an employee incentive scheme and are additional to the company’s existing unquoted securities totaling 67,163,571. Investors should note that these securities will not be quoted on the ASX.
