Lucara Diamond Corp. has announced an increase in its number of issued and outstanding shares to 458,923,948, with equivalent voting rights, following the vesting of employee share units. Shareholders can use this figure to assess whether they need to disclose changes in their holdings under the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act. The company remains focused on its Botswana-based Karowe Diamond Mine and the development of its digital sales platform Clara.
