J. Barry Morrow, the Chair of the Board of Directors of Lincoln Educational Services Corporation, has announced he will not seek re-election at the upcoming 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. His departure is not due to any disagreements with the company’s operations or management. John A. Bartholdson will take over as Chair following Morrow’s term, which concludes in May 2024. Meanwhile, the Board is actively searching for a new member to fill the upcoming vacancy and will temporarily downsize to eight members until a new appointment is made.
