Likewise Group Plc has disclosed that PDMR James Kellett has transferred 185,000 ordinary shares into his self-invested personal pension (SIPP) account on the 15th of April, 2024. The share transaction involved a sale and immediate repurchase at a price of 16 pence per share, with no change in the beneficial ownership post-transfer.
