Li Auto Inc., a frontrunner in China’s new energy vehicle sector, has announced its annual general meeting scheduled for May 31, 2024, in Beijing. Shareholders as of April 26, 2024, will deliberate on proposed resolutions detailed on the company’s website. Li Auto, which started mass production of smart electric vehicles in November 2019, has also filed its latest annual report with the SEC, accessible online.
