Li Auto Inc. has announced the record date for shareholders to be eligible to attend and vote at their upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) as the close of business on April 26, 2024, Hong Kong time. Shareholders must lodge valid transfer documents and share certificates by specified deadlines to participate. American depositary share (ADS) holders can instruct the depositary on voting but cannot vote at the AGM themselves.
