FedEx Corporation announced significant leadership changes with Robert B. Carter set to retire as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer by the end of 2024, transitioning to a Senior Advisor role mid-year. Sriram Krishnasamy is slated to take over as Chief Digital and Information Officer and Chief Transformation Officer, leading FedEx Dataworks. Additionally, the FedEx Board of Directors has implemented amendments to the company’s Bylaws, allowing for more streamlined executive appointments and removals, along with several administrative adjustments to enhance corporate governance.
