La Rosa Holdings Corp. has experienced a shift in its Board of Directors, with the immediate resignation of Thomas Stringer, former Chairman and financial expert of the Audit Committee. Filling the vacancy, the Board appointed Ms. Lourdes Felix, a seasoned entrepreneur and finance executive with 30 years in the field, as an independent director and the new Chairperson of the Audit Committee, effective April 19, 2024. Ms. Felix’s extensive background includes leadership roles at BioCorRx Inc. and Avalon GloboCare Corp., and her expertise in finance and regulatory compliance is expected to be invaluable to La Rosa Holdings Corp. as she assumes her new role until the next annual meeting of stockholders.
