Krispy Kreme’s Chief Legal Officer Catherine Tang Resigns

Krispy Kreme (DNUT) has issued an announcement.

Catherine Tang, the Chief Legal Officer of a company, has tendered her resignation effective June 1, 2024. Although she is stepping down, she will retain her salary and benefits until then. Post-departure, she is set to receive a significant cash payment, a proportional bonus for 2024, and a vesting of her restricted stock units, provided she abides by the terms of their Transition Agreement. This high-level exit could intrigue stockholders, signaling shifts within the company’s leadership structure.
