Henri Solère, Kingfisher plc’s Chief Offer and Sourcing Officer, sold 87,432 ordinary shares at an average price of £2.4925 each. The transaction, which occurred on the London Stock Exchange, was disclosed in line with the UK Market Abuse Regulation. This move by a high-ranking executive might interest shareholders and market watchers as it reflects managerial activity within the company.
