Kin Shing Holdings Ltd. has announced that all the proposed resolutions at their 2024 Annual General Meeting, including the re-election of directors, remuneration, and a mandate to deal with additional shares, were unanimously passed by shareholders. The meeting was held on 16 August 2024, with Tricor Investor Services Limited acting as the scrutineer for the vote. The resolutions included re-appointing auditors, issuing and repurchasing shares, and extending the mandate for additional shares.
