KBC Ancora NV announced a notable increase in profit for the fiscal year 2023/2024, reaching 368.3 million euros, up from 298.9 million euros the previous year. The company’s earnings were primarily derived from dividends from its participation in KBC Group, with an interim dividend of 4.09 euros per share paid out and no final dividend announced. Despite the profit, KBC Ancora shares traded at a significant discount of 32.9% relative to their intrinsic value as of June 30, 2024.
