National Atomic Company Kazatomprom JSC Sponsored GDR RegS (GB:KAP) has released an update.
Kazatomprom, the world’s largest uranium producer, has announced its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) on May 23, 2024, with agenda items including the election of company officials, dividend payments, and financial statement approvals. The Board has recommended a substantial dividend of KZT 1,213.19 per share, totaling KZT 314.65 billion, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. Additionally, the company’s Integrated Annual Report for 2023, which adheres to international reporting standards, will be made available on its website by April 30, 2024.
