JY Gas Limited has announced the renewal of its Subcontracting Framework Agreement with Jiaoyun Property, an associate of its chairman, Mr. Luan Linjiang, for a term from January 2024 to December 2025. This agreement involves Jiaoyun Property providing subcontracting work, including installation and construction related to natural gas supply, with the pricing determined on an arm’s length basis. The transactions fall under the reporting and annual review requirements of the Listing Rules but are exempt from independent shareholder approval.
