Jeffrey A. Likosar has been appointed as the permanent Chief Financial Officer of ADT Inc., a role he has filled on an interim basis since December 2023 and previously held from 2017 to 2022. Bringing a wealth of experience to the position, his appointment did not involve any special arrangements or family ties within the company. Likosar will also maintain his role as President of Corporate Development and Transformation, with details about his experience and compensation available in the company’s recent Proxy Statement.
