HSBC Holdings PLC is set to hold a committee of the Board of Directors meeting on April 30, 2024, to discuss the first quarter earnings of 2024 and deliberate on the distribution of an interim and a special dividend for its shareholders. Pending approval, the proposed dividends are scheduled for payment on June 21, 2024, to registered shareholders as of May 10, 2024. The final details regarding the dividends will be announced following the board meeting.
