HSBC Holdings plc (HSBC) has released an update.
HSBC Holdings plc has announced that board member Rachel Duan is nominated for a non-executive director position at Kering SA, subject to approval at Kering’s upcoming AGM. The board has reviewed and is confident in Duan’s capacity to manage her responsibilities, despite her holding multiple directorships, as she plans to step down from another role by year’s end. Duan has maintained full attendance at HSBC board meetings since her appointment in September 2021.
