HSBC Holdings plc has announced a fourth interim dividend of US$0.31 per ordinary share for the 2023 financial year, set to be distributed on April 25, 2024. Shareholders on record as of March 8, 2024, can opt to receive their dividends in US dollars, sterling, or Hong Kong dollars. For American Depositary Shareholders, the dividend will amount to US$1.55 per ADS.
