Helen of Troy Limited has announced the appointment of Noel M. Geoffroy as a new board member and Chief Executive Officer, effective March 1, 2024, following the retirement of the previous CEO, Julien R. Mininberg. Geoffroy, who will remain in the role until at least the next annual general meeting of shareholders, was not appointed through any external arrangements and has no familial ties with other executives. She will not take part in independent board committees nor receive additional compensation for her board service.
