Excelsior Mining ( (TSE:GCU) ) has provided an update.
Gunnison Copper Corp. has announced its first sales of pure copper cathode from the Johnson Camp Mine in southeast Arizona, marking a significant revenue milestone for the company. The sale of 225,371 pounds of copper cathode generated over $1 million in gross proceeds, positioning Gunnison well for future growth in the copper industry. The production at Johnson Camp Mine, which is fully operational and has a capacity of 25 million pounds annually, contributes to strengthening the U.S. supply chain with 100% Made-in-America copper. This achievement is expected to enhance Gunnison’s market positioning and potentially lead to an equity valuation re-rating as a copper producer.
