Grupo Supervielle S.A., a prominent financial services group in Argentina, has declared a significant cash dividend payout following their latest shareholders’ meeting. Shareholders recorded by April 26, 2024, will receive dividends starting April 29, 2024, with the total amount based on previous fiscal years’ earnings and subject to a 7% income tax withholding. The dividends will be distributed both to local shareholders and American Depositary Shareholders, with the latter receiving payments through The Bank of New York Mellon according to regulatory conversion timelines.
